Working together with Daphne has been a very rewarding experience. I am doing a PhD using Grounded Theory as the main methodological approach. This means that I need to combine data collection with data analysis. So I basically would conduct a semi-structure interview one day. I would send it to Daphne for her to transcribe it, and I would have the transcript back (ONLY after a few days!). I would then go through the transcript while listening to the interview, and finally, I would analyse the transcript in order to inform further data collection.
To be able to combine data collection and analysis, I really needed someone who I could rely on in terms of the quality of the transcription and being able to provide with a quick turnaround.
